seadoo rxt 215hp

I have just purchased a brand new rxt 215 hp ran it in for 10 Hrs.
Top speed i have reached was 70.5 mph.
now it has 13 hrs and will not go above 54mph wearing has just been checked at seadoo on its 10hr service any ideas.

Take it back in to them and state that after their inspection it wasn't performing at the same level. See what they say, because it should still be under warrenty I wouldn't touch it yet.

Please post what the results were!!! I am in the process of buying a RXT 215 as well.... Hopefully i can learn from what happened with you.

hmm 10 hours is beyond break in period. My 01 gtx di would hit 70 every once in a while.

Try this it happpened to me and my machine ran at 55 all summer long it sucked.

Check the impeller for ropes, the wear ring and all the bearing inside.

Unfortunally Cougar is probably right; the clutches on the supercharges fail prematurely
