Hey guys. I am looking to install the Seadoo bilge pump kit for my 2011 GTI 155 Limited. Does anybody have experience with this seadoo pump kit? It is 295100434, a rule pump.

Anyone with photos of the install or PDF instructions from kit, willing to share, would be great.

Thanks and Happy New Year Everybody!!!!!!

Hey Piper Mike,

Any stock seadoo comes with bilge lines, basically they lay at the bottom of your hull and use the flow of the pump to create a vacuum and bilge your hull. It not a great system because:

1. Its slow
2. It only works when engine is running (and it really only works at higher engine speed)

Best thing to do is follow red2blues post and install an automatic electric at least. If your energetic and understand 12V put a switch in your storage hatch.

I'm kinda new to SeaDoo's. I assumed that they were self bilging ?

They are self BAILING, not self bilging. As noted above, you need to be moving for them to work. They are perfectly fine in most cases. However, if you have any issue at all that allows more than minimal water in, you will need a bilge pump.

I found a great thread in the how to section here and it was tremendously helpful. I looked at the preconfigured kits but ended up going with my own parts and saved about $100. (Installed 2, one in our GTI and the other in our wake).
