Seadoo hx riding wierd. Throttle problem, carbs?

I took my 1995 seadoo hx out and it idles fine
i push or full throttle the hx and it will go fast and than go back to idle than fast than idles. Keeps doing it over and over

what the heck

carbs?

yeaa carbs...its time for a rebuild and make sure you clean them well

i live in pittsburgh, pa

i dont know how long it would take to clean them

should i clean them or get a rebuild kit for $60

i would def. rebuild them god knows if they were ever done...but $120 an hour is crazyyyy!!! i live in CT and they only charge 60 an hour...

$60 sounds like a price to rebuild carbs or more $$$

Does it still have the gray fuel hoses? If so... they need replaced with black rubber hoses. The "Tempo" fuel lines degrade, and send green goo into the carbs.
