seadoo gti 2002 water in pots

hi i have a seadoo gti 2002 model i purchased it about 5 months ago from a very good friend who has owned it for about 2 years . it was in regular use upuntill he sold it to me and being from a friend i never asked to see it running . i have tryed to get it running today and found that there is water getting into the pots. i have removed the what i would call rocker cover and can see that the water has been getting in there. i am hoping that it might just be the o rings that need replacing and am after some advice on this . is this a common fault or would i need to change the head gasket as well .i dont mind either way but dont want to go removing the head if i can get away with changing the orings . also do these have engine oil or is it just the 2 stroke oil that runs them . i am not ver clued up on these and am used to messing about with motocross bikes . do these have a gearbox if so where dose the oil for this go . thanks for any help in advance brad ... ho yes is there a site that i can buy parts for this model ....
