seadoo gsx 96 hard to start

hi i have a 96 gtx with a starting problem,if i put fuel down the bores it will start,then somtimes after 10mins it wont start?,also when cranking over it will say 12volt low if i take the plugs out they are wet and the spark looks weak,i have had it in the water and it ran fine and started fine once i got it started,then when i got home to flush it out wouldnt start.all fuel pipes are new,had a new battery and all filters and carbs cleaned any help would appreciated thanks

if the spark looks weak, try pulling the spark plug wires out of the boots and cutting them back 1/4", put them back in the boots and ziptie
