mine too, but worse

the 96 i drive says the same thing every time we ride. only this one will only run for about 10 minutes until the engine dies. after dying, the start/ stop button gives no response. i have to pull the key off, wait a couple of seconds, and replace the key to make it start again. once this happens the first time while i;m out, it is hard to get it to run for any length of time, sometimes giving me 5 minutes and other times i barely get my thumb on the gas. if someone has help for both problems it's appreciated.

hey I have a 97 GSX and my light comes on the same way. while sitting the batter tested at 12.9 while running it was at 13.8 i learned that they are supposed to be at 14.6 so i put a new rectifier in mine and the light still flashes and it charging at 14.5 know so i think its just a crapy seadoo thing. but i have shut mine off and started it like 10 times when i got stuck in sea grass and it started up fine every time with the light on.

mine says 12v low and the light is on when i first fire up. it's always done that. never been a problem. brand new battery. i think it's a glitch.

bad ground?

I've read that a corroded ground wire in the distributor box can cause low battery indication..
