seadoo Gsx 951cc ltd no start

Hi all, I have a seadoo gsx 951 ltd that when you press the start button the starter kicks in and out. If I jump the solenoid its fine. Has constant 12v to solenoid plug with start button pressed. Can anyone help.

Check actual voltage when at rest and when cranking. Typically low voltage will cause this symptom.

Plenty of power from battery. Is there something in the mpem that could cause this issue.
