I'm looking at buying a 97 challenger boat but the previous owner is telling me that the ventilateur motor is not working. My questions is what is the purpose of this motor and what is the possible problems that i might look for in troubleshoting this problem?
It's just a blower to get the gas fumes out of the engine compartment. (it's needed for a USCG regulation) You can buy a generic bilge blower, and wire it in. Not a big deal.
