Seadoo 951 grey liquid

I have a 2000 seadoo gtx 951. I got the boat last year and just started messing with it. The motor was seized but got it freed up with mystery oil. When I crank the motor with the plugs out I have a grey liquid coming out of the plug holes. What could be the reason for this? I haven't rebuilt the carbs yet but plan to this week. I payed 500 bucks for it and don't wana sink a ton of money into it if it not worth it.

The gray liquid is aluminum mixed in the oil and it isn't good. It's everywhere in the engine.
