Seadoo 787 rfi oil injection bypass

Can the Seadoo 787 rfi motor oil injection be bypassed or blocked to run premix? Or will this ruin the motor?

No can do, gotta run injection. The oil has to enter from the throttle body/rotary valve so the bottom end has lube. You switch to premix you just cut off the oil supply to the crank since the fuel is injected into the back of the cylinder. And in time the injectors will probably clog due to the oil in the gas.

There are 2 lines that run to the bottom end. Those 2 lines wont feed the crank oil from the oil tank? The premix lubes the top end while the oil tank lubes the bottom end through the 2 lines? That wont work?

Those 2 big lines lube the gears as beatings that are enclosed in the crank case. The 2 little lines inject oil into the crank case where the connecting rods are and the crankshaft bearings are. If they don't squirt oil your rod and crankshaft bearings don't get lubed. No lube, big bang when you air condition the crank case with a connecting rod. Also the rotary valve disc needs a film of oil on it to reduce wear ad help seal.

So basically no, there is no way you can go premix on a RFI or DI ski.
