For those that may be wondering, the 3D Premium fuel gauge will work on the 3D base model without the fuel gauge. I was wondering if it would work and it works perfectly. The base model fuel system has the float so just remove the 3 bolts for the upper steering cover and replace the gauge. Start to finish in 5 minutes. Picked up one on eBay for $30 and I could not be happier. :hurray:
