Seadoo 2-stroke Mechanic in Oregon

I have a Seadoo 1994 GTX. Looking for a local 2 stroke mechanic in Oregon. No shops here in Portland area will working on 2-strokes. I had a name from Madras/Culver area but number is now bad.
Status of Seadoo - Finished installing a low hour motor and rebuilt carbs. Looking for mechanic to finish installing/align impeller and give motor/carbs lookover then tune.
