I have a 1997 challenger. When I put it in the water, water comes in thru the hole under my seat. The hole goes to a tube that connects to a black cone type thing with a ping pong ball type thing inside of it. Any ideas why water is coming into the boat! Thanks for any help given...

That is a scupper valve with the "ping pong ball". That ball is supposed to float and seal the opening and not let water in. There may be something stuck in there. (I had a twig stuck that was causing the problem that you are experiencing.) It could also be a bad scupper and it may need to be replaced.
