Sea-Doo Challenger 210 2011 intermittent check engine

Hey all, would love some guidance, so we were driving fine, cruising along at 30MPH, stopped for some gas, while coming through the no wake, startboard check engine warning came on, gauge stopped showing speed and revs, we shut down the engine and limped by to the ramp. I have put an octane booster in the fuel and changed the spark, but I am still getting on/off check engine warning, intermittently showing engine stats, and engine temps only showing -76 (negative). (Sea doo Challenger 210 (430HP) 2011)

If you are getting -76, it sounds like the engine temp sensor is bad, there is a procedure to test them in the. shop manual that involves removing them and putting them in hot water and measuring the resistance.

Thank you all for your advice. Found the issue, looks like a communication cable somehow melted, separated the melted cable and electrical taped them, check engine gone, boat runs fine again however the starboard engine is no longer showing revs, anyone had experience replacing these plugs?IMG_3416.jpeg
