I have never looked into replacing all the hardware like you are planing to do, but are you certain it will work?
Engines are not the same at all, different size 1503cc vs 1630cc and different HP not to mention that the injectors, TPS... and all other external tidbits that are probably not the same.

This is not me bashing on you more a heads up, just in case you did not know about this stuff and just jumped two feet first.
I might be totally wrong and it is possible to do with no issues.

If it is doable it looks like a nice project.

Personally I would not sell any of the OEM parts until everything has been sorted out, as you might at some point consider going back to stock.

So I am a master tech BRP certified / Scarab Dealer.. The 1503 platform is no issue to run on JPS electronics and wiring. The Challenger will be getting a twin engine digital cluster, Digital throttle, throttle bodies, TPS, Injector upgrade, Engine harnesses, Bosch Ecu's, Twin engine fuse block harness, Scarab 235 main harness and dash harness. INR revers module etc... 3 day job and it will be done..

I have previously setup the same boat with all digital Veratron V3 Gauges and 9 Garmin on a NEMA backbone, to display all engine parameters, including boost pressure on the displays... I will only need to slightly file a small spot on the side of the oil filter housing on the PTO for the throttle body fitment. or place a 5mm aluminum plate spacer between the intake manifold and block for clearance of the electronic throttle body..

So you are saying that the ECU will have the proper ignition and fuelling maps for the 1503 even though it is made for the 1630 engines?
