RXT-X only goes 50 mph

Bought a 2009 with some problems. All new plugs. injectors and coils. Ski runs great on land but wont go over 50 mph or so. Pulled pump and has a lot of corrosion cleaned as best as possible and impeller and wear ring in real nice shape. Wondering about supercharger ? Probably should be done to rule out since I don't really know if it was ever rebuilt. Does a 09 RXT-X have a learner key mode it could be stuck in or a limp mode....Looking for some help.

Take the intake hose off the supercharger and if you can spin the impeller by hand it’s shot.

Another thing to look at is the engine RPMs, it won't go over 8000 if the SC is shot and slipping.
