RXT-X 2018 - Waking Up the Electrical System

Hello,
I am new here, want to say hello from Austria and already have a 1st Question

I read in Operator Guide, if I press start/stop button, the electrical system is on for 75 seconds, and if tether cord is installed, the system will be powered for 60 minutes.

With mine RXT-X, Cluster is dark after 15 Seconds, is this a normal behavior?
In this short time it is not possible to change settings, thats what I want do do, without starting the engine
Battery is fully charged!
Maybe i do something wrong?

Hello Michael,

I also own a new RXT-X300 and was confused by the machine not doing what the operator guide stated.
My dealer says that the the gauge console will only stay powered-up if the engine is running, the guide is misleading.

Mine (older but still an 'IC" engine) supposedly pwrs up on first press of start button and yes, some items do get power. Putting key on post then gives me gauges but they stay on for maybe 30 seconds then go dark again. Same idea, does exactly what they say it does but no where the timing they say. It is still 'powered' for several more minutes in that I can hit the DESS again and get gauges etc without waking it up via start button. But unless the gauges are lit, I can't for example move the seat, or put the ibr into manual to move the gate.
