Rxt not charging

Hi All,

after doing my pre season maintance and getting my RXT in the water. The 12volt low light started flashing. It was a new battery this year so I knew it wasn't that. I tested the volt output at the battery post and only get 11.3 volts. So, I replaces the regulator......still only getting 11.3 at the battery. Yes I have it running! Is it the magneto? How would I check what is truly is? not wanting to spend a ton of money since they are being sold.

Charging

Went thru the same thing this week with my GTX replaced battery and rectifier just to find that the Stator is bad (WE THINK)
