rxp mph increase

hey guys could anyone help me get to 76+ on my ski without breaking my bank to hard? its a stock 06 rxp with a R&D aquvein intake grate. i just need like 3 or 4 more mph.

Saying you just need 3-4 mph is a lot easier said than done. The only thing that is going to give you a bit of speed that won't cost too much would be to swtich your impeller. After that I would say each mph is going to cost around $1000, no lie.

a new impeller for my ski from riva is about $300. what kind of improvment would i get out of a new impeller. sorry if im sounding stupid but im very new to jet skis.

Depends on the pitch, some will give you a better top speeds and others a better hole shot. Read up on impeller pitch and the description of the product you want to buy.

Start out by replace the SC wheel a drop in Riva GEN II wheel

You can also add an innercooler but if so then youll also need #42 fuel injector

impeller ( pick this after youve decided what mods youll be doing)
fill ride plate holes
4" cold air intake

To gain speed you need to gain power, best way to gain more power is to add boost. If you go bigger then a GEN II wheel youll need bigger injectors and a RRFPR ect ect ect. so decide how much you want to spend then you can pick the best parts for your budget
