So, a customer brouhgt his skis' over to get tuned up....pump oil, plugs, raves cleaned. Pulled the front rave and noticed in the "bevel" area, that a chip has occured. So with further investigating, i looked into the rave slot and at the piston, only to find, something danced upon the piston and chipped the 1 ring, that i could see. Well, he wants a top-end done, hopefully, for his sake, thats all it needs, and also if the other cylinder is good, the njust to bore the bad one and install new piston...whatever, its yuor ski.....my ?, its my first DI, being that is fuel injected, will i need/is there a bigger injector or the stock one useful? Guess its a "general" question for all, if ever comes a time to rebuild/bore out the cylinders.....thanks.
