OK So I have 2 seadoo SPI's

I did the same work to both of them but they are running completely different.

1.Changed Plugs
2.Rebuilt Carbs
3.Cleaned fuel filters.

OK so the first one. Will start and Idle but everytime I hit the gas
it stalls out. Then I let it idle for along time them try to rev it up and it stalls
then will not start back up (this is all while it is in the water) also there was some smoke (blueish I think) when it was idling
Out of the water it runs great with no problems.
(ohh I also found out when I buddy rebuilt the carb on this one he did not change the spring and the little lever attached to it....but they both looked good when I pulled them apart for him)

The second one Runs Great off the water and on. but after I go threw maybe a 1/4 tank (if that) or 1hour or so of riding, it starts stalling out under hard throttle
and during hard turns.

Any Ideas?

It sounds like you need to recheck your carbs. What kind of compression in the engines. It ideally should be 150 psi per cylinder.
