RPMs Low?

Took my seadoo out for the first time on the weekend (first time using a seadoo) - had a blast!!

Question is at full throttle the rpm was 5k and every once in awhile I would get a burst of speed like a turbo kicking in after a lag.

Speedo is not working so I cannot tell how fast I was going at 5k rpm.

I had last years plugs in it to burn off the winterization oil.

Thoughts? I am pretty new to the watersport scene.

You might need to change the spark plugs and maybe clean the carbs if it doesn't get any better.

Pull out and clean the raves. They could also be gunged up and not openning.
