Rotax 587 Unknown nipple, please help!

Hey guys, I just threw a 587 in my SPX while I rebuild my 720. There is a TINY nipple on the intake manifold and I have no idea what it’s purpose is or where I route it to. I blocked it off for now but I’m very skeptical with doing that. Thanks in advance guys. Here’s a pic!

Thanks for the reply. So can you guide me as to where I run a hose to from that nipple? I have the 2 main oil injection hoses connected.

The 2 main 12mm ones are for the rotary valve oil bath not the oil injection.

You should have single 8mm line that runs from the oil tank ot a white filter then to the oil injection pump. Out of the pump will be two 3/32" oil lines that run to these intake manifold nipples.
