Ride shoe installation question

I am in the process of installing a new ride shoe on my challenger and in the manual it indicates that I need to use Loctite ultra HB black sealant. Is that something that I can get at a local auto parts store or can I use some other substitute?

You can use any RTV silicone that you like.
