RHS Foot Well - Drain & Drain Hose

I've got a 2013 GTX and I've found a tube hanging loose in the bow cavity - I've traced tube back to black (perhaps drain) hole in RHS of Jetski. There is no such arrangement on the LHS.

If I blow down tube I get bubble in water in foot well.

Does anyone know what purpose this tube serves, and where it should terminate inside the hull?

It drains the front of the hull underneath the front hood, if you look under the front overhang of the bow cavity you will see the fitting.

I wish they had made it go off-board but it really has no problems as long as water doesn't settle in the tube.
If it gets green, rinse it out with a water/bleach mix. Take it out to do that though. Gas and chlorine don't like each other.

thanks, are you suggesting that the (salt) water buildup in the footwell (outside the hull) drains into (inside) the Jetski? Cheers, Geoff.

I can’t tell if there is some humor there or not, but no it drains from the outside the hull(under the front of the hood) to outside the hull(footwell).
