I ordered new jets 130 an 67.5 and they were advertised like they were mikuni. received them today and they are not marked correctly to be mikuni. so is it better to try and clean the old ones or use the unknown aftermarket brand? Any thoughts...

they were unstamped but in a little ziplock with the size written on it?
I've had that before and used them with no issues, but I found it frustrating because the next person would have no idea what was used in the carb. needless to say I didn't order from that seller again.

If the jet isn't stamped its kind of useless for the next go round.

You should have no problem cleaning the old jets.

Post a picture of them so we can see how bad they are.

spimothy leary that is what I got. Last time I order from them as well. one bag says 67 when the receipt says 67.5 which is what I ordered and there is no way to verify the size. at least I know the rebuild kits are mikuni. I will post a picture of the jets mikidymac. I am waiting for our daughter to get home to open the carbs up and rebuild them. They are sitting on the work bench so it wont take long. Since it is her ski she wanted to do the work with me. She has a test Thursday for school so if she cant help I will go ahead and open them up and get the picture. I have a feeling a 12 year old will get bored in about 10 seconds but I at least want to wait for her. She was not into our other ski, 95 spx, or the boat during routine maintenance but maybe she will with this one. No big deal if she is not I just want to get the work done and get to the first run.

Chewed up the head at little on what I think is the pilot jet, the small one

I wouldn't hesitate to use your old jets at all.

They look perfectly fine, just give them a good clean with some carb cleaner.

I don't think I would ever use any jets without numbers on them. Just too easy to make a mistake.

You need to remove the old black paper gasket from the fuel pump cover.

Honestly that’s the worst and most time consuming part of the rebuild. That gasket sucks.

WOW. I used a scraper to make sure there was not residue from the clear plastic. It was that smooth and hard I thought is was painted. This will be fun. Can a drill and wire wheel be used for that or do you think that will be too rough? I have a gasket scraper I will start with.
