C clydedog New Member Jul 22, 2011 #1 Working on a 97-GTX. Pulling mag cover to replace stator and was going to also replace trigger/pickup coil. How much is the timing affected with replacing the coil? It looks like the coil bolts right in with locator pins.....thanks..
