Redo Top End on an 2001 XP

I lost a couple hundred RPMs on top end and comp is 125 on one cylinder and 105 on the other. I think just a top end rebuild will fix the problem I was just wondering where is the best place to buy everything at and if someone sold a top end rebuild kit?

depending on condition, could get away with a hone and set of rings. Wont know though, until you tear her apart.
