When do they need replaced? This is after several runs through an ultrasonic cleaner.

It’s getting ready to go to Group K and I don’t want to send a bunch of junk.

I would take a wire wheel to them. I not sure they really ware out unless there cracked I would reuse them.

They all show a little wear on the guilotine themselves so that’s not an issue. I believe there might be a spec for the stem itself and the housing the stem goes into. Let us know what you find in the manual

I’ve never done it, but someone once mentioned to me about putting them in a sandwhich bag with ammonia overnight to clean them. I just used brake and parts cleaner and a brass wire wheel
