Is the retaining spring coming off around the top?

It is not. Originally I was getting terrible blow by but not sucking in diaphragms. I put in new housings, bellows, plastic caps, gaskets, and orings now it sucks the diaphragms in every ride but no blow by. I can’t win lol:/

Makes me think the top spring my be too stretched out. You can shorten the spring if you need to. The ends thread together.
