I'm looking at getting into racing, I currently live in Utah but would be willing to travel to neighboring states. Are there any organizations out here that anyone would recommend? I don't really want to modify my stock 96 HX, but would be open to building a race ski out of another one or turning my 96 SPX into an X4 race ski. What are things I'm not considering as barriers to entry? And expensive safety requirements? Open to any input, thanks!
