My93 GTX PTO is frozen, (presuming crank's bearings are rusted because of some water ingestion a few years ago) so I pulled the engine to separate the cases, however, my Clymer's manual instructs to remove the PTO first, using a couple of special Sea Doo tools that attach to the front fly-wheel.
Does anyone know of an alternative way to pull the PTO?
Also, do I have to pull the jugs if all I want to do is replace the crank.
This white man is no mechanic, however, the alternative is having someone do the work that may not have the vested interest in my Doo's as I do.
