Problems with 95XP

I was riding my older ski the other day and all the sudden i heard a noise so i shut it off. When i pulled the seat up all the bolts had come out of the pipe and it had a lot of water in there. I drained the water put the pipe back on with lock washers. When i go to start the ski it just turns over nothing happens. Could it be something serious?

pull plugs and ground plug boots to ground post, and crank away. probably got water in cylinders.
