Have you checked the intake grate under the boat for any lake weed or other debris clogging it? Take a pic of the inside of the nozzle so we can see if your wear ring is shot
Seems like a lot of room between the impeller and west doing on the left side of those pictures, but that could just be the angle.
Bigger problem seems to be the large crack in your thru hull.
