possible fuel leak in carb

should i be able to blow air through the main fuel input on the carb (951) or should it be closed off and restricted. i have problems that if i let it sit all the fuel in the line just runs into the carb.

Don’t blow air into the carb.

But no, the needle and seat will prevent fuel flow when not running.

Sounds like you have a leaking needle and seat.

okay I just replaced those and I'm gonna have to see if its still an issue this season
