2002 rfi with a fresh rebuilt engine. Does anyone know where that hose connects to. It's shown in the picture the manual mentions the one on top of the exhaust but that one goes to the stern where does the port side pee hole hose connect to?

Probably for the battery vent. What does it go to inside the machine? I will have a look at the manual and see if I can verify

I looked through the 2002 sevice manual, operators manual and parts manual and I couldn’t find it listed in any of them. Went down and looked at my GSX RFI and on it the fitting on the port side is for the battery vent, It runs in brise the gas tank and all the way to the back of the ski were it’s attached to nothing on mine

My csi is on the port side tobytd. @burtshaver2021 it looks like I have the same setup with the hose not connected to anything .
You have another one to relieve pressure from the fuel tank, usually under the rub rail somewhere and one up higher usually under the front of the seat that allows air into the fuel tank? If you can verify that you have those 2 plus the one on your stern for the pisser then you are good

Are you sure you have an RFI and not a DI? The manual is showing the CSI at the stern for the RFI and out the side for the DI
