Hi, everybody I am new at this so bear with me! I have a 2000
chalanger 1800 with a 210 m2 jet. I put an bow mount electric trowlig motor on over the winter and now I have a porposing problem. The big deep cycle batery went in the compartment under the little cooler in front of the passenger's side windshield. Is there a way to change the trim of the jet? Or do I need a better or different prop?

The Mercury has an adjustable ride plate in the back. Take a look at the very back of the boat, and you will see a flat plate that you can adjust down to help with porpoising. Loosen the jam nuts and turn the screws to force the plate down. Start with about a 1/4-1/2 inch and see how that works.
