Please need help have ski taken apart

I have the jet pump taken of to replace wear ring have manual say to remove impeller do i have look like could fit the reason i as is i do not have the parts yet thanks

The instructions in the manual are easy to follow. You could have it done for
about 125 just about any ski shop, New ring, bearings, seals, oil change.

I have the manual and have read it it shows removal of the impler just wondered if was must step as a mechanic i know there are short cuts to on today on removal of the injection pump and a international dump truck manaul said had to but something but is not required my local shop was 145 labor plus parts
