I have a 1996 seadoo xp my battery light is on when i try and crank the ski. I know that seadoo has to have right at or close to 12V to give spark to the plugs. So i took it too the dealership we ran numerous test on the battery and the black box by the battery. We eliminated that being the problem. The guy told me it was probably the stator and pick up so...I took that out today it needed to be cleaned had corrosion, rust, ect... I am still getting no spark! And the battery light is still coming on. I have had VTS issues before so I unhooked the wires coming from the VTS to the black box, the ski still turned over but I am still getting no spark. Can anybody please tell me if i should buy a new stator and pickup or VTS or what! PLEASE HELP!!
