Please help

2000 gtx randomly drops rpm at WOT and is has bogging. Somtimes it dies like i pulled the key but it will start right back up.

Hmmmmm.... wonna them. Do you have an inline filter other than the seadoo water separator.?

yes is this limiting the flow?

Yes remove the inline filter and use only the water seperator (filter) on the ski. These things don't like in-line filters. I had the same problem. That might solve yours completely.
