alright ang....when you say "trailered" out, was the boat, in water this whole time?
If was, then the rain water dumped itself thru the locker door and filled the compartment that way, and if battery switch off, or "sensor" on bilge is faulty, then , no way for water to be pumped out...
As for "ticking" sound, was the carbs under water?
