Is someone on this forum still selling the anodized aluminum pee-hole fittings in various colors? Bought some in the past but can't remember how I got them.
I was referring to the pisser. Purchased 2 a couple of years ago that fit the existing hose. On the outside, they are just rounded (hemispherical) with a 1/8" hole facing straight out. Got a red one and a blue one to match the Doos. Installed them just above the rub rail just forward of the foot well on the left side. Very nicely made and came with a plug to seal off the rear outlet. Just can't remember where I got them. Pics attached.
Found some on ebay. As someone else noted they are larger than what I got before - barb is for 3/8" line and output opening is 1/4". Since I have read that maintaining the OEM back-pressure is desirable, I epoxied a barb into the supply opening the same size as the barbs at the rear of the Doo. Hope it will work OK.
Seems to me that the flow control of cooling water, at least on the old beasts I have, is at the engine-side fitting (several numbered fittings to fit in specific places to regulate cooling flow). If this is universally (at least in SeaDoos) true, the size of the outlet port at the hull exit should not matter.
My main concern is having the correct size so that I can visually see the water coming out with a harder stream rather than with the bigger size being a weaker shorter stream.

Yes, it is kinda like the challenge of writing your name in the snow. They will not allow me to post a visual of this.
Good thoughts. I tend to be rather anal regarding cooling/flow so my point is if a flow control orifice is in effect, either at the source or output would suffice, but not both.
