Parting out 2000 RxDi

Unfortunately my project has turned into a wash....
I'm parting out my 2000 rxdi
The motor was trashed when I got it and I was never able to get the head removed.
The hull is in great shape, and everything is intact.
I purchased a motor for it, but ran into issue with the transaction and decided to get a refund.
I have every part for the ski and will make someone some killer deals... I spent way too much on this ski and have to recoup something out of it. I will let it go as it sits for $600 with the some of the core engine parts that've have (crank,and jugs with head seized on)
The electronics are good and intact and I have one dess key for it.
Let me know what you need and we can work out a price. I'm located in swfl and can facilitate a sale anyway possible.

Thanks, I'm pretty bummed out about the whole ordeal... I'm in this ski $1000 and hope to make something back.... I really liked the ski... But I don't have the funds to dump another $1500 into it right now.

Well I'm 99% sure I'm moving in August.... $600 including trailer and shop stand.... I can't go any lower... I'm losing over $500 on this now...
