Guys I bought my 2011 GTS 130 yesterday. Took it out for breaking in today and I occasionally got a long single beep upon inserting my lanyard. Followed by a p 1658 code. What is this? Also, my brother rolled it. We may have flipped it outside of the 5 minute range which the manual says to not exceed. Anyway I tried to start it and nothing would happen. I waited a couple minutes and tried again, this time a small single turnover then nothing. Well after 3rd or 4th try it started... but with some smoke coming out the back. There was some water when I lifted the seat. The smoke eventually stopped after approximately 2 minutes. Then it smoked a little when I.cut the water off my hose while flushing it out at home just before cutting the ski off. Guys any help is appreciated...

...one long beep means a wrong DESS key is used or something important is defective

P1658 I don't know, but P1656 is "DESS line shorted to ground"

If you buy your GTS new yesterday, go back to the dealer

Kinda worries me about rolling it... drained water out of it. Do these things smoke at all? It's not smoking now, only for a couple minutes after starting it back up after rolling it.

The smoking after roll over is normal. Does the ski start normal now? If you think you may have gotten water in the engine then have the oil and filter changed to be safe.

ok thanks. It smoked for maybe a minute or so. and yes the engine bay had enough water to kinda lower the back end. It wasnt full though. I am just scared because I just bought it. Thanks though!
