1993 spi overheats only in the water.will run on flush all day with no problems.have replaced wear ring , checked all cooling lines and have pulled the head cover and exhaust manifold and checked for corrosion or blockage.none found.will run about 10 mins before it boils the water in the head.exhaust manifold and pipe are cool but cylinders and head are getting hot.ski has 160 psi compression and runs great just can't get top end cooled.
