optional front cover for speedster

Does anyone have a part number for this optional cover for a speedster? Does anyone have one for sale? Sure looks nice if your riden 4 or less. The pic is from a 1998 on ebay, if this could be found would it fit the 2001? Thanks Harley

I'm thinking it would provide fairly dry storage for tossing stuff up front when we go overnight camping on one of the islands on the lake. Beats having everything sitting right out in the open.
