On 787, why is MAG carb high speed set different from PTO?

How come the MAG side carb HIGH-Speed screw is supposed to be screwed all the way in and the PTO out 1/4? Also, I read somewhere that it's even better to have different jets on the respective carbs... I have a very non-restrictive Flame Arrestor (Basically chicken wire), should I adjust mine different than spec?

Thanks!!

Th reason you run deferential jetting, or needle tuning... is because the crank twists while under hard acceleration, and the extra fuel will keep the piston cool if the timing get's too high.

If your flame arrestor is not stock... you will need to adjust your pop-off first.
