So my small lines (1/8") off of my oil pump i saw a little air bubble, is that normal or do i have a air leak? would bleeding them help or is that just for the main line to the oil pump? Can those small lines be replaced if need be? It's a 1993 seadoo sp 580 but i think most of seadoo oil pumps are the same.

It is recommended to change the small hoses every few years. They can get hard, and crack. When that happens... you will loose an engine. Also, the filter in the main feed line needs changed too.

As far as the bubbles... are the right up by the manifold, or in the middle of the line?

In the middle of the small line not in the main. And I know the dangers of those little things that's why I ask about the bubbles.

Personally... I would just replace them... clean the check valves... replace the filter... and bleed the system. That way... you know it's all working, and safe.

ya it's worth the work now instead of the rebuild later. i just was wordering if anyone else ever noticed any air bubbles in there's, there hard to see plus if they still have the paint on em you'd never know.

One one of my old skis (90 Si) I will get a bubble right at the manifold. Basically, the oil in the end of the little hose will drip into the engine. BUT... if it's in the middle of a hose, that's not good.

To do the work on the oil system isn't hard. It should take less than on hour to do, and the filter should cost you about $5 to $9 depending if your local dealer discounts parts.
