I just purchased 3 sea doos lately all 3 have separate oil tanks but previous own mentioned 1 or 2 of them are gas oil mix but she didn't say which ones, looking for some clarity on which ones need oil mixture and which ones would be oil injection

1997 seadoo xp
1997 seadoo spx
1998 seadoo gtx limited

Thank you for the help

From the factory they were all injected. Seadoo’s system is very reliable and there is no reason to remove it for premix.
That being said you will have to look and see which ones still have the oil pump connected and working.

The 2 1997’s will still have to have oil supplied to the engine to lubricate the rotary gear even if they are premixed.

Also you can only run API-TC full synthetic oil. Don’t run anything TCW-3 rated at all.

Thank you for all the help. Question on my 97 xp and 98 gtx i see the garden hose hook up in the rear but i don't see it on the 97 spx any idea where i hook it up at.?

You will need a flush kit installed on the incoming water line inside the engine compartment.

I would suggest getting owners manuals for the skis. I would also be a good idea to finding someone local that has knowledge of skis so they can't help you learn the do's and don'ts. Good Luck !!
