I've contributed in another thread about this but need some additional help. I have a 1996 GTX that after sitting for the winter wont turn over a full turn with the plugs in. When I take the plugs out it turns very quickly and lots of oil comes out. I was told it is likely a seal leaking and after I get all the oil out (by cranking over and over) it will turn over with plugs in. I've tried and think I have all the oil out but when I put the plugs back in still cant get a full turn. Is there something else I should be doing? Does it have anything to do with the winterizer antifreeze I pumped into the ski before it sat?

If ALL of the oil is out and it still will not crank, then you have a battery, starter, or cable issue..

open the throttle while cranking with the plugs out to make the engine a more efficient pump. you can also put a thumb over the hole hard enough that it pushes out past your thumb and then closes on the intake stroke to help pull the oil up from the case and into the cylinder.
